Situated on an extra wide lot, you will notice that you have more space between homes compared to what you typically find in Ocean City. 

The extra wide lot also means plenty of off-street parking.  There is room for 3 cars - 1 in the garage plus 2 more will fit on our side of the driveway. If needed, there is also on-street parking in front of the house.

Located directly across from the bike trail and nature preserve, Haven Avenue is a quiet, peaceful street with very little traffic. 

Our house is 3 blocks from the beautiful wide beach on Ocean City's Gold Coast - just a short, 5 minute walk to the sand and the sea.

Kessel's Korner, one of Ocean City's well-known ice cream and sandwich shoppes, is only a block and a half away. 

There is a playground less than 2 blocks away - next to the Fire Station on 29th & West. An even larger playground is located on 34th street.

Ocean City's famous boardwalk starts on 23rd street, so you are a quick bike ride away from mini-golf, amusements and shopping.

You can also ride your bike to all of the boutique shops and restaurants on Asbury Avenue.  Starbucks and the Local Gym are located here as well.

If you want to enjoy the best donuts - baked fresh every day - walk 4 blocks to Dot's Pastry Shop on 31st & Asbury.  Get there early to avoid the lines!
