The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due one month prior to your stay

Pillows and bedspreads will be available for your use. However - like almost all OCNJ rentals - towels, sheets, and blankets are not included. They can be provided by Linen Fairies or South Jersey Linens if you choose not to bring your own.
Our home is intended for family rentals. Accordingly, we do not provide rentals for prom weekends or senior week. You must be over the age of 25 to rent.
The owner of the upstairs condo lives there year-round. Please be respectful; this is his home as well. Thank you!
